My old Seiko tuna 7549 from 1981 needed some love instantly . By missing of Original 7549 parts

With those original parts the 7549 was replaced and improved by an 7c46

Here's another review that The Watch Plaza people will get snippy about. I wouldn't have had to purchase this particular Hand, had my email been answered. Ever... There'll be a response here, telling you that I've only made 3 purchases within the last 10 years. To reveal how many transactions the customer has had in response to honest, valid criticism just tells you how tacky these guys are. These people don't feel you're important enough to answer your email and if you complain, they'll share your buying patterns with the general public in order to try and deflect the uncomfortable fact, that this company is very poor at answering email.

One of these dates back several years and was associated with a slightly different address, close to your most recent one. Watch Plaza is the place for OEM Seiko Hands and Dials. I just got this great set for a Captain Willard Homage I'm building. Processing of the order was very slow. The issue was, I wanted to change something on the order and sent an email. Three days went by, I was notified that my parts had shipped, but I never received a response to my email & this is NOT the first time this has happened. On this particular occasion, their lack of response cost me an extra $60USD for shipping that would never have been needed if my email had been answered (promptly, if at all??). The Watch Plaza is a great & reliable source for Seiko parts, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I would think that a company who so aggressively pursues customer reviews would already understand that, but I guess that is just not the case.

Degelijk uitziende pinnen maar geen 5 maar wel 2 en het is biet zeker of ze Seiko zijn.
Op product foto’s op de website zie je het orginele Seiko zakje met er op gedrukt: ‘5 Pcs.’ Het orginele zakje met 5 pinnen is niet wat je krijgt.
Wat je geleverd krijgt zijn echter 2 ipv 5 pinnen en in een niet orgineel Seiko zakje.
Dus niet genoeg voor 2 horloges en een reserve pin.
Mogelijk zijn de 2 pinnen niet origineel Seiko gezien ze niet in de orginele verpakking zijn geleverd kan ik dat niet vaststellen.
Verder visueel beoordeeld degelijk lijkende pinnen.
De productfoto toont inderdaad het originele Seiko-zakje met de aanduiding “5 Pcs.”. Dit is de standaardverpakking waarin Seiko deze pushpins aanlevert aan dealers. In uw bestelling heeft u echter gekozen voor 2 stuks. Om die reden worden deze ook per 2 geleverd en niet in de originele Seiko-verpakking van 5 stuks, maar afzonderlijk verpakt.
De geleverde pushpins zijn wel degelijk originele Seiko-pinnen. Het feit dat ze niet in de originele 5-stuksverpakking zitten, heeft uitsluitend te maken met de door u bestelde hoeveelheid en zegt niets over de herkomst of kwaliteit van het product.
We nemen uw feedback over de productpresentatie serieus en zullen bekijken hoe we dit op de productpagina nog duidelijker kunnen communiceren, zodat dit soort misverstanden in de toekomst worden voorkomen.
